Day 1 : The South Coast

Begin with a visit to the unique DC-3 Airplane Wreck Eyvindarholt, a lesser-known site offering a different perspective from the famous Sólheimasandur wreck. Continue to the iconic Skógafoss, where a powerful cascade often creates rainbows and a staircase leads to panoramic views above.

Explore the dramatic Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, known for its basalt columns, sea stacks, and powerful Atlantic waves. Travel through the vast Eldhraun Lava Field, a historic lava flow now covered in soft green moss, before passing beneath the towering cliffs of Lómagnúpur.

End the day with a scenic hike to Mulagljúfur Canyon (2–3 hours), offering breathtaking panoramic views over glaciers, rivers, and rugged mountain landscapes in a more secluded setting.

Day 2 : Diamond & Glacier

Begin at Diamond Beach, where ice fragments shimmer along the shoreline, before visiting the nearby Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, where icebergs drift slowly toward the ocean.

Travel along the South Coast with stops at Víkurkirkja Church, overlooking the village of Vík, and the dramatic cliffs of Dyrhólaey, offering panoramic views of black sand beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. End the day at the iconic Seljalandsfoss, where you can walk behind the waterfall, and the hidden Gljúfrabúi, tucked inside a narrow canyon.

Night: Aurora Hunt

Each night of the tour, we venture out of the city and away from light pollution in search of the magical Aurora Borealis, also known as the Northern Lights.

📸 Professional photos of your experience are included, and assistance is available to help set up your own camera if needed.

The Aurora season runs from September to March, and while the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon—never guaranteed—our nightly hunts, combined with expert knowledge and real-time data, give you the best possible chance to witness this unforgettable spectacle.
