June 27 : Journey from South to East

Discover the remote beauty of East Iceland with a visit to Lækjavík Beach, the scenic Folaldafoss waterfall, and the dramatic coastal landscapes of Njarðvíkurskriður. Continue to Borgarfjörður Eystri, one of the best places in Iceland to see puffins in their natural habitat.

June 28: East of Iceland

Explore the raw power of North Iceland with a visit to the striking basalt columns of Stuðlagil Canyon and nearby Stuðlafoss waterfall. Continue to Dettifoss, Europe’s most powerful waterfall, before ending the day at the mystical Arctic Henge, a unique monument inspired by Norse mythology.

June 29 : North of Iceland
